An AMAZING Pack-away trip is planned for February 27 - March 1st!

Happy Holidays, Scouters! We wanted to take a moment to thank all of you for your involvement and dedication to Pack 459. –And a special thank you to all the volunteers who help make this pack go!

As for the surprise… Well… We have our Pack-Away Trip reserved, and wanted you to mark the date on your calendar as well…

…It has been called one of the BEST CAMPING EXCURSIONS in North America!

….We’ll need to Drive there on Friday, February 27^th and stay in a hotel one night….

…We’ll need to check-in at 8:30 AM on Saturday, February 28^th…

…We Sleep “on-board” Saturday night, then depart Sunday morning, March 1^st…

Have you guessed it yet?!?! We’re Sleeping on the USS Yorktown!

We’ll have more details coming within the next couple of weeks, but here are some quick things to be aware of…

1. There is extremely limited availability. Registration will initially only be available to Scouts and 1 parent. If, after initial registration, availability remains, we’ll open it up to more campers.

2. Cost: Please plan on driving to Charleston, SC on Friday night and staying in a hotel. We will meet as a pack at 8:30AM on Saturday 2/28 to check-in on the Yorktown. The cost per camper will likely be around $70. We sleep on-board the Yorktown on Saturday night.

3. Meals: Lunch and Dinner on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday are included in the registration cost.
