Important Woodruff Camping Info!

Posted on Thu, Oct 22, 2015

Hello Pack 459 Campers!

Below you will find very useful information pertaining to the Woodruff Camping event this weekend.  Please, please read, print and bring with you.

· Medical Forms are REQUIRED! First and foremost, you MUST have completed medical forms for ALL family membersparticipating on the camping trip.  This is required upon arrival.  Your Den leader should have these forms.

· Pack 459 will be at campsites #20 and #21. Feel free to pull your car right up and unload. After unloading, all cars must be parked in a designated parking lot. No cars may be left at the campsite.

· Camp Map – Please Print. Also attached is a campsite Map highlighting our campsites and parking area.  I have been told there is a new shower house near our campsite which is not depicted on this map.

· Meals – All meals are being coordinated by Den. Please ensure you have planned for this.

· Firewood - If you can bring FIREWOOD, please do so.  The more the merrier!! We’ll need it for the campfires.

· Safety Meeting for all campers, 8:30 PM Friday @ the Webelos 2 Fire Ring – All campers, please attend a quick safety meeting at the Den 6 Fire Ring with Medical Officer Brett Holbert & Cubmaster John Leekley.

· Saturday Afternoon Activities: Our Webelos 2 Scouts will be leading the pack in some fun activities starting at 12:30 PM. Please see below for an overall agenda and highlights. Activities include an Adventure hike, kickball, and song & skit preparation for the evening campfire!

· Webelos Scouts should be in Class As. All other Scouts can wear Class Bs.

· Be sure to attend the Pack campfire starting around 7:30 PM Saturday for s’mores, songs and skits!
