Crossover will happen at the B&G Event on Saturday, Feb. 27th

Attention Boy Scout Troops:

The Pack 459 crossover ceremony will take place on Saturday, February 27^th at the end of our Blue & Gold Celebration.

Location: AFUMC – Trinity Hall

Here is a basic timeline:

• 1:00 PM: Doors Open, Scouting for Food Donations Collected
• 1:00-2:00 PM: Carnival Games, Silent Auction, Raffle
• 2:00 PM: Cake & Ice Cream
• 2:15 PM: Guest Speakers and Winners Announced
• 3:15 PM: Webelos Crossover Ceremony begins
• 4:30 PM: Cleanup

If representatives from your Troop could arrive no later than 3:00PM, that would be great.

There will be a bit of a traditional ceremony (see attached) we’ll go through which includes “building the bridge” with the 12 points of the Scout Law . We anticipate also allowing the parent(s) of each scout to say a few words (2 minutes each), after which they’ll cross over to your Troop.

We have a total of 15 boys crossing over into Boy Scouts.

Please confirm representatives from your troop will be coming and ready to accept these new Boy Scouts.
