WATCH EMAIL FOR WEATHER-RELATED UPDATES
** The current weather forecast calls for severe thunderstorms during the day and into the evening, with a high probability (70-80%) of rain. We will not permit camping in conditions beyond simple rain (any risk of thunder or lightning will prohibit camping). Email updates will be sent to all families registered for the event beginning Thursday and continuing until Friday evening. At the current time, and unless the forecast changes, expect access to be granted beginning Saturday morning.
The attached flyer provides complete informaiton about our exciting Spring Campout. This year, we are going to Robins Air Force Base (Warner Robins, GA), where we will enjoy a camping area exclusively reserved for Boy Scout and Girl Scout units.
Our agenda includes a hike across base to the Museum of Aviation, where we will eat lunch and tour this awesome facility. Be sure to read about the Tuskegee Airmen before you go, so you will understand the importance of the exhibit dedicated to them.
