We will be cleaning up the "Pack 459" courtyard at Summit Hill Elementary school during Sneak-A-Peek on Friday, August 3rd 2018 (beginning at 8am).
 
We will have our Pack 459 Info table at the courtyard, while volunteers are working on sprucing things up.

This is a great way to display Scout Values, inform families about our Pack and recruit more scouts!   Please consider giving your time to help beautify the kids' outdoor space at school and show our community that scouts value volunteering! 

We need:

4+ Adults & their Scouts each shift

• Shift #1: 8:00 am - 9:00 am
• Shift #2: 9:30 am - 10:30 am

Scouts will help with:

• Raking leaves
• Picking up trash
• Spreading mulch
• Clean tables
• Carry off trimmings 
• Trim bushes*
• Leaf blower*
• Attach fence boards*

* Older scouts with parent's help

Adults will

• Operate Weed eater
• Operate Chainsaw / clippers etc 
• Spray weeds with Roundup
• Replace landscape timbers
• Supervise  Scouts

Volunteers will also make themselves available to answer questions and share experiences with scouting.

Wear Class B and comfortable, closed toe shoes.
Bring water and work gloves.
