5 Events in the next week alone, including a Pack Meeting on Tuesday 8/19!

Now that we’re back to school, there is a lot happening as we kick off the Scouting Year. As always, please visit www.Pack459.org to see news, check the Pack Calendar, see videos and more. Here’s what you need to know:

Leadership Meeting, Sunday August 17 6-8PM @ The Leekley House

• All Leaders and potential leaders are strongly encouraged to attend.
• Address: 745 Champions Close, Alpharetta, GA.

Scout Day @ Summit Hill Elementary, Tuesday August 19th

• All Scouts are encouraged to wear their Scout Uniform to School.

Pack 459 Flag Ceremony @ Summit Hill, Tuesday August 19th @ 7:15 AM.

• Scouts and their Parents are invited to join in a 10-minute flag ceremony.
• In related news, Pack 459 Scouts will be raising and lowering the flags every day @ SHE. Click Here for more information.

Pack Meeting @ Alpharetta First United Methodist Church (Youth Center), 6:30 – 8PM

• This is our 1st Pack Meeting of the School Year.
• All Scouts and Parents are expected to attend.

Fall Recruiting Night @ Summit Hill Elementary, Wednesday August 20 5:30-7:00 PM.

• New Scouts and their parents should attend
• New Dens will be established for the Tiger Cubs (1st Graders)
• New Scouts in the other grades will be assigned a Den.
• Leaders Should Arrive at 5PM
• The Meeting will start at 5:30 PM

Back to School Scouts Party, Saturday August 23, 3-5 PM

• Location: St. Aidan’s Church (in the fields)
• Games 2 U will be there
• Kickball, Frisbee, soccer and more!
• A Special Surprise (to be announced later this week)! You’ll definitely want to participate!
